Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is non-perishable and in its original, unopened packaging. Perishable goods and items past their 'Best Before' date are sold as-is and are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the product arrived damaged.
Pack and Ship
Once your return is authorized, securely pack the items and send them back to our main distribution center using a tracked shipping service.
Receive Refund
